Safe-Wrap is very easy and fast to install on hose assemblies afterwards and repeatedly. This makes Safe-Wrap a very cost-effective solution for hose protection and hose bundling.
This product is tailor-made and we can offer you different solutions by adding for example mounting eyelets and / or bundling straps.
Safe-Wrap Features
- 100% polyamide with PU coating and Velcro® -brand fasteners
- Fulfil the demands of standard ISO 3457 (pin hole –approved).
- Excellent tensile strength (EN ISO 13934-1)
- Water repellence of the fabric is 100 % (EN 24920)
- Abrasion resistant
- Recommended temperature range from -20 °C to +120 °C.
Available Sizes and Lengths
Standard diameters ID 20 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm, 120mm and 150 mm.
Other diameters (from ID 20mm to 400mm in 5mm intervals) are available on request.
Standard roll lengths are 10m and 25m. Other roll lengths up to 50m and all fixed lengths (MOQ apply)
are produced after order.
